This position supports Ambulatory Operations with the creation and standardization of various applications. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EXPERIENCE:

1. Experience with Microsoft Suite

2. Experience with In-design/Photoshop or similar software

3. Experience working with Epic

1. Collaborates with the Manager and Ambulatory Departments in planning/resolution of issues.

2. Analyses and identifies with issues, barriers or risks and brings them to Manager’s attention.

3. Performs thorough research of requests and complaints.

4. Completes assigned tasks in agreed upon time frames.

5. Performs and showcases quality control with assignments.

6. Provides support for Ambulatory Operations for quality control and process efficiencies.

1. Capable of prolonged periods of standing and walking.

2. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds of force occasionally to move objects.
