Type of Support: Omnichannel (phone, chat, email)

Schedule: 3 PM - 12 AM EET, Monday - Friday 

Languages required: English and French 

Work type and Location: Hybrid in Bucharest

You’ll Be...

  • Providing excellent, friendly, and positive customer service via email, chat, and/or phone in French and English
  • Helping customers solve problems with strong troubleshooting, reading comprehension, and problem-solving skills
  • Analyzing recurring customer issues and creating insight reports to help our Partners make their businesses better 
  • Savvy with web, computer, and smartphones
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively 


What You Bring To The Table

  • Excellent, friendly, and positive customer service via email, chat, or phone
  • Excellent French and English (spoken and written)
  • Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and an ability to use challenging situations as an opportunity to exceed customer expectations
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment - must be adaptable
  • Metrics-driven and proven ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and even temperament in challenging situations
  • Availability to work from the office
