Overview

The Marketing associate will understand sales and corporate objectives and work closely with the entire marketing team, primarily with the Senior Marketing Manager and the broader Go to Market team, as needed, to support the project management and execution of compelling, holistic campaigns and events. The ideal candidate has experience project managing multi-faceted marketing campaigns collaboratively with marketing specialists, and therefore has a working knowledge of marketing concepts including SEO, SEM, targeted search and display advertising, content management systems and email marketing, though may not own each of these activities. This person will also work with the sales strategy team to manage targeted account-based marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Support events, conferences and trade shows with content, collateral and design to meet deliverable dates and manage timely execution of critical milestones
  • Engage directly with conference organizers to maximize exposure and promotion within budget constraints
  • Execute all preparatory, on-site and post-conference logistics
  • Develop communication stream with peers to engage contacts and drive prospect engagement, e.g., conference booth traffic, session attendance, private event registration, etc.
  • Manage collateral for events, conferences and sponsorship opportunities
  • Work with senior manager of marketing and marketing agency to support execution and optimization of Lead Generation and Nurturing Campaigns, as needed
  • Develop marketing weekly snapshots to share with leadership and incorporate campaign performance to inform ongoing campaign optimization
  • Manage timely content reviews, obtain approvals (including EDRC where applicable) and posting of content and messaging via social media channels
  • Load email campaigns into Pardot and lead cross marketing review sessions and obtain approvals on all content prior to execution
  • Coordinate with sales strategy team to align email campaigns with the sales team’s prospect lists
  • Provide ad hoc marketing and PR support as needed
  • Provide ad hoc design and content creation support as needed

Qualifications

You should reach out if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or other related degree required.
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, a plus.
  • The ideal candidate has great communication and project management skills, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and solves problems creatively. Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with corporate social media.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills required.
  • Experience with Pardot and Salesforce preferred.
