ABOUT THE ROLE:
The primary role of an Implementation Specialist is to ensure the successful activation of customers onto our platform and provide outstanding front-line support to Resy restaurant partners. Implementation Specialists will nurture relationships post sale and reinforce the value in our partnership while also fulfilling the customers technical needs. They’ll lead with a customer-centric and consultative approach to turn contracts into long term commitments.
*This position is remote however the desired candidate will sit in the Eastern or Central time zone.*
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
External
- Oversee the entire onboarding process from signature to set live and seamlessly transition customers as they move from different stages in the customer journey
- Build strong customer relationships and fulfill the role of trusted advisor
- Lead with subject matter expertise and find creative solutions to operational challenges
- Coordinate and provide customizable training sessions to ensure confidence with the platform
- Answering guest inquiries via email, text, phone & live chat
- Troubleshoot any issues relating to Resy product and provide basic support to our restaurant partners
Internal
- Thorough understanding of our technologies
- Resolve customer concerns and operational challenges independently and through appropriate collaboration with internal team members
- Show up as an engaged team member and contribute to a collaborative & inclusive team environment
WHO YOU ARE:
- You are fluent in Québécois
- You have 1+ years’ experience in an implementation, support, or hospitality role
- You have strong attention to detail
- You excel in customer service, you provide clear and thorough instructions, and you remain calm during stressful situations
- You are communicative, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- You are a team member through and through, knowing when to play the role of leader or follower given the circumstance
- You are passionate about restaurants and the hospitality industry
Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
