Salary Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
This is a remote position
Responsibilities
- Process orders accurately and quickly as per the customer or as directed by the sales team.
- Assist with order coordination and tracking from start to finish.
- Process, coordinate, and communicate order and delivery information to customers.
- Handle shipping of orders and resolve any related issues.
- Provide superior customer service by promptly responding to inbound inquiries, questions, and information requests.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client support and orders.
Requirements
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Word and Excel. Experience working with ERP or Order Entry Software will be considered a strong asset, but not a must.
- Works well individually and as part of a team.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Order Desk or customer service experience is an asset but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service via phone, email communication etc.
- Superior English- both verbal and written, typing accuracy.
