Remote Sales Operations Specialist

We have been in business for over 25 years, and we have 30 offices around the world, including a significant presence in India and China.
We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist and this person will work closely and collaborate with other team members and support day-to-day activities of the Account Management team.
Duties to include:
- Process sales related requests from Account Managers
- Work with vendors and distributors on pricing and lead times
- Maintain strong work relationships and communication with our vendors and distributors
- Assist with producing quotes and requesting configurations
- Assist in tracking and managing sales orders
- Engage in sales training and certification around our solution portfolio
- Assist with tracking and managing sales opportunity details in our CRM
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience using Salesforce CRM
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles, specifically with IT companies
- Highly skilled in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Pro-Active, quick-learner and self-starter
- Strong organizational skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
