- Role and Responsibilities:
- Remote Position
- Provide department support within the following areas as needed:
- Process client payrolls
- Provide support to client inquiries on payroll questions, processing procedures and the creation of reports
- Provide Implementation services and Webinar/Telephonic training to clients for our Payroll product
- Assist on special projects
- Must be flexible with work hours
- Must possess superior customer service skills and be able to work under pressure with strict deadlines
- Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Associates degree in Business, IT or other related field
- Minimum 2 years of solid payroll processing experience
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
- Experience in a client service environment handling multiple external clients is desirable
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e., Importing and Exporting data), Word and PowerPoint
- Must be very detail oriented and enjoy working with numbers
- Must be able to multi-task
- Excellent oral & written business communication skills
- Preferred Skills:
- Technology enthusiast – excited about learning new technology; fast learner
- CPP certification is a plus
- Implementation and training experience is a plus
- HR knowledge is a plus
