  • Role and Responsibilities:
  • Remote Position
  • Provide department support within the following areas as needed:
  • Process client payrolls
  • Provide support to client inquiries on payroll questions, processing procedures and the creation of reports
  • Provide Implementation services and Webinar/Telephonic training to clients for our Payroll product
  • Assist on special projects
  • Must be flexible with work hours
  • Must possess superior customer service skills and be able to work under pressure with strict deadlines
  •  Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Associates degree in Business, IT or other related field
  • Minimum 2 years of solid payroll processing experience
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
  • Experience in a client service environment handling multiple external clients is desirable
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e., Importing and Exporting data), Word and PowerPoint
  • Must be very detail oriented and enjoy working with numbers
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Excellent oral & written business communication skills
  •  Preferred Skills:
  • Technology enthusiast – excited about learning new technology; fast learner
  • CPP certification is a plus
  • Implementation and training experience is a plus
  • HR knowledge is a plus
