Job Description:

The Military Family Life Counseling Program (MFLC) is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst who will conduct full range of quality actives with primary focus on Quality Assurance Inspections (QAI) of contract deliverables.

Primary Responsibilities:

Main duties include:

  • Review and edit various contract deliverables prior to delivery to the customer
  • Participate in Continuous Process Improvements activities
  • Participate in quality reviews and audits in compliance with Leidos policies and direction
  • Enter and maintain audit findings in the Common Audit Database (CAD) with timely updates/closures of audit findings
  • Participate in Peer Reviews of documentation
  • Capture and analyze Lessons Learned
  • Provide quality inputs in projects as a member of cross-functional teams

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ Degree with 4 years of relevant experience or Associates Degree with 6-8 years of relevant experience (additional experience can be used in lieu of education requirements)
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to conduct QAI on deliverables containing large amounts of data points and accurately identify/correct any deficiencies 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Military experience, including MilSpouse, Veteran or past DoD experience strongly desired
  • Experience preparing Excel, Word, and PPT documents for presentation to DoD customers
  • Familiarity with operations and planning processes
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma and other improvement methodologies
  • Background in cross-functional team collaboration and briefing different audiences  

Pay Range:

Pay Range $54,600.00 - $84,000.00 - $113,400.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
