We’re looking for an experienced Sales & Success Enablement Manager (based in North America) to join our growing Revenue Operations team at Zapier. Revenue Operations at Zapier is responsible for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of go-to-market programs with technology, data, and process.
As our first Sales & Success Enablement Manager reporting to Taylor McCallum, you’ll create, implement and iterate on an enablement strategy that sets our team up to win! You’ll help ensure our sales and success teams have the necessary content, training, coaching and support to perform as effectively and efficiently as possible.
This role will have an enormous impact on our sales and success rep ramping time and the overall productivity of the team. You’ll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales and Success to build and shape an enablement strategy, starting with a rep onboarding and training program.

About You
- You have 5+ years of experience. You have worked in a sales/success enablement, training or management role at a B2B or SaaS company where you have experience in: developing and implementing a sales training and/or onboarding program, building process enablement collateral and using data and tooling to identify gaps in performance that can be addressed with coaching and/or training.
- You’re an outstanding communicator. You communicate successfully across teams at a growing organization. You ask questions to uncover the goals and motivations of your colleagues. You build strong relationships with your stakeholders, and proactively elicit feedback and input on projects.
- You have a strong understanding of the customer journey. You have worked in a customer facing role, or have worked closely with customer facing roles in the past. You have deep experience working with SMB and Mid-Market and understand their unique challenges and buying processes.
- Problem-solving energizes you. You’re a problem solver at heart and know how to move things forward with limited resourcing or roadblocks.You like diving into efficiency challenges and identifying new opportunities to improve. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can break down complex problems into achievable goals.
- You have a data driven mindset. You are comfortable using a combination of data and qualitative feedback to drive strategy and identify knowledge or skills gaps.
Things You’ll Do
- Develop and own the sales and success enablement strategy and roadmap
- Create and implement a structured sales and success rep onboarding program
- Coordinate ongoing training and development
- Identify and implement sales training and methodologies
- Create and upkeep playbooks, documentation and training materials related to onboarding, sales and success tools, product, and ‘how to sell’
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
- Help facilitate the training and implementation of new sales and success tools
- Work closely with product marketing to deliver product training/collateral and identify product knowledge gaps
- Facilitate manager training

The pay ranges for this role are:
United States: 138,300 - 207,500 USD
Canada: 138,300 - 207,500 CAD
A Candidate's compensation package is finalized once the interview process is concluded and accounts for experience, competencies (job knowledge, skills and abilities) and internal equity.
