In doing so, we help organizations streamline their business efforts and provide more efficient training for their employees.

We are currently looking for a highly experienced Media Buying Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research, analyze demographics and media usage, and plan advertising campaigns
  • Work with other departments to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
  • Develop advertising strategies and campaigns with marketing teams to most effectively reach the desired audience
  • Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting
  • Coordinate and oversee teams and manage the production of digital and advertising materials
  • Proofread advertising materials before launching campaigns
  • Manage the marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social media, email marketing, and mobile platforms
  • Optimize media spending, making real-time adjustments to ads, targeting, bidding, and ROI metrics on buying platforms across multiple territories
  • Negotiate the best price, quality, and placement of advertisements
  • Monitor purchased media to ensure advertisements appear as planned, and review billing accounts to ensure accuracy
  • Analyze campaign performance and develop weekly and monthly reports, highlighting opportunities to optimize, test, and grow the campaigns

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years professional experience, with a proven track record in media buying
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven marketing
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
