Super Dispatch is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. Your mission as a Customer Success Manager is to retain customer's business and grow that business over time, develop customer relationships, and facilitate the learning and usage of all Super Dispatch products. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work for an early stage tech company with an established SaaS enabled marketplace platform.


  • Serve as the day to day contact for dedicated accounts
  • Understand client long and short-term goals and how Super Dispatch aligns with their business needs
  • Increase and retain your book of business
  • Onboard dedicated new Super Dispatch accounts
  • Decrease time period from initial contact to activation
  • Monitor and report on customer usage
  • Keep the CRM (Salesforce) updated, ensuring all information is accurate, relevant, and current
  • Remain knowledgeable and up to date on product improvements new product features
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships with quarterly check-ins
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and customer visits as needed (minimal travel)

Candidate Profile:

  • 2+ years Customer Success Management/Account Management experience at a SaaS company preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce preferred
  • Highly motivated - you are a self starter with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - you are a great writer, speaker, and listener
  • Proactive - you act without being told what to do and regularly bring new ideas and perspectives
  • Open and positive - you have the willingness to learn and are open to criticism and new ideas
  • Flexibility - you adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions, you respond positively to complexity and change
  • Emotional Intelligence - you can deeply empathize with our customers
  • Team player - you have a collaborative mindset and the ability build positive relationships with individuals across the organization
  • Organized - you have a strong attention to detail and area always looking to fix inefficiencies and correct details
  • Bonus points for logistics/transportation experience
