Status: Hiring Part-time in Las Vegas, NV or Phoenix, AZ; Non-Exempt

Pay Range: $17 - $22.00 per hour, depending on prior experience

The Job Responsibilities –

This administrative position is part time, approximately 10 - 15 hours/week, 4-5 days/week, but can be flexible.

  • Provide service to our practice’s best clients, including service requests for their accounts.
  • Set client appointments, manage calendar and meeting logistics.
  • Prepare for client appointments by gathering account information, running reports or illustrations, necessary forms and paperwork, marketing materials, and agendas.
  • Process new business applications: Investments, Retirement, Life Insurance and Long-

Term Care/DI; and follow-up on any details needed

  • Data input into CRM software (we use Redtail).

Key requirements –

  • 1-2 years prior administrative experience preferably working directly with clients; min 3-

5 years total work experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication; particularly grammatically correct letter writing and proofreading skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong computer skills: ability to learn new systems quickly; experience with CRM systems preferred
