PURPOSE

Designed to be an integral part of the UPS support structure. Focus on providing support to sales staff within Worldwide Express. In addition, the UPS Support Specialist – Team Lead role works closely with UPS to field requests and escalate issues as needed.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a liaison between UPS, the corporate support team and WWE sales offices.
  • Handle escalated credit requests.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and tickets via ZenDesk.
  • Assist sales staff with all aspects of UPS shipping and tracking.
  • Assist sales staff on WWE and UPS shipping platforms.
  • Assist in open escalations.
  • Provide follow-up to sales staff in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes with UPS policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma

0-2 years’ relevant experience.
