Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Project gigs are available now and more are on the horizon.

We need a new Spanish ACM to monitor and help moderate social media channels (Twitter, Facebook and Instagram) related to fantasy genre entertainment. 

You’ll work on a social media tool (Khoros) and on native platforms, where you’ll have to monitor the discussion on different threads.

Our objective is to help the studio to gauge the mood of the community and identify any trend. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Social listening in groups and communities to gather the last trends
  • Identifying influencers and reviewing their feedback
  • Moderating content on the platform following approved processes and adhering to strict client guidelines
  • Keeping up to date on all procedures
  • Submitting timely shift reports detailing all activity from each shift

Key Skills:

  • Familiarity with a moderation tool (Khoros preferred)
  • Familiarity with YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Passionate about fantasy genre
  • Aware of online trends
  • Critical thinking
  • Professional Spanish proficiency
  • Excellent English level required
  • Excellent understanding of Spanish internet slang (both from Spain and Latin America)
