You will not need to worry about costs from acquiring clients, billing, support, or operations. We will handle the fees and paperwork so you can focus on what you do best!

You decide how much you want to work & when you’re available. We’ll take care of the client referrals & billing details.

Forget about downloading and installing third party software. We’ll provide the tools to allow you to excel at your craft.

We don’t guarantee a minimum amount of earnings, but our current therapists earn $30-$70/hour.

$1,000 first client bonus! (must be licensed in one of our high demand states in the United States (AZ, DC, MA, ME, ND, NH, NJ, OR, VA, WA). Referrals in all other US states will earn $500. The offer amount & eligible geographies change frequently.

When you take a full caseload with BetterHelp, we help cover health, dental, and vision benefits! This benefit is dispersed as a stipend and we partner with a broker to help you acquire your health plan.

Note: Therapists are not BetterHelp employees, but independent providers(contractors)

Requirements

• Licensed by a State Board to provide therapy (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or similar credentials). NOTE: Unfortunately, if you are an intern or require supervision to provide therapy services, you cannot be a provider at BetterHelp at this time. Also, we are unable to accept substance abuse therapists, school therapists, registered nurses, career therapists, Christian therapists and business/life coaches (unless they have an additional license as a mental health therapist).
• Experience in therapy for adults, couples, and/or teens
• Excellent writing skills
• Reliable Internet connection
• Currently residing in the US
